It couldn't be simpler. The gift voucher will be prepared as a .pdf file which will be e-mailed to you, so that you can print it out to give to the lucky recipient.
Because you might not know exactly when the recipient will be able to participate and the course fee varies from £599 to £799 depending upon the season, you simply pay a £100 advance when you buy the gift voucher. When the recipient books, they notify us that they are using a gift voucher and we email you asking you to pay the remainder of the deposit (30% of the course fee - £100) immediately and the balance (70% of the course fee) 30 days before the course starts.
You can pay the £100 advance by PayPal, cheque or online bank transfer. We'll send you the details. The remainder of the deposit and balance should ideally be paid by bank transfer or cheque. You can also pay it by PayPal (+4%) or by major credit and debit cards via Google Checkout (+4%).
If the recipient does not want to come on one of our courses, we will refund your advance net of a £50 administration fee. The gift voucher must be redeemed or refunded within 12 months of issue otherwise it will be deemed void.
